Tokenization allows to seamlessly add credit card details to merchant sites directly from FedMobile app, enhancing convenience, speed, and security. Customers can easily add their credit card details to merchant sites through FedMobile app, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This reduces the risk of fraud by replacing sensitive card details with a unique token, safeguarding customer information. Tokenization process is instantaneous, ensuring that customers can quickly complete transactions without delays.

The steps to tokenize your card are given below. If customers wish to detokenize the card for any merchant, this can be done on the merchant payment page.

STEPS TO TOKENIZE YOUR CREDIT

1. Login to FedMobile.
2. Click on ‘Credit Card’ option.
3. Click on ‘More’ and select ‘Tokenize'
4. On the next page select your Credit Card, then tick the checkbox and Click ‘Continue’ to go ahead.
5. On the next screen click ‘Get Started’.
6. Choose your credit card from the ‘Available Card’ options and click ‘Proceed’.
7. On the next screen, enter your card details (8 digits of card number and expiry date).
8. Click ‘Proceed’
9. On the next screen, you will see names of online merchants.
10. Choose the merchant(s) you wish to tokenize your card with.
11. Click ‘Save Card Details’.
12. On the next screen, tick the checkbox to provide consent for storing your card details as a reference token number on the merchant’s portal as per RBI guidelines.
13. Click ‘Give Consent’.
14. You have successfully added your card details with the selected merchant(s).
