  • Redeem Reward Points on the Federal Rewards website for a wide range of merchandise, movie tickets, gift vouchers and more. Also redeem your Reward Points in-store at our partner stores- View List of Partners.
  • Reward Points are valid for a period of 36 months excluding the month of accrual. Additional Reward points earned at partners will be valid for a period of 12 months.
  • Effective January 1st, 2024, the following categories/ MCC codes will not be eligible to earn Reward Points on Credit Cards: Fuel (5541, 7983, 5172, 5542) and Government Services (9399, 4784, 9311, 9222, 9402, 4011, 9405, 9211).

 

How to enrol ?

  • All Federal Bank Debit Card holders are automatically enrolled as Federal Rewards members.
  • Register with Federal Rewards by entering the required details on the Login Page.

To redeem your Federal Reward points:

  • Visit the Federal Rewards homepage
  • Enter your registered username and password and click the Login button to begin using Federal Rewards.
  • Start enjoying your Federal Rewards
  • To recover lost or forgotten password,  login to the website, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and answer the secret question. Your password will be reset and sent to you via email and SMS on your registered email ID and mobile number.

How to View Reward Points?
