Procedure For Reviving Dormant Accounts
To revive dormant account, customers shall submit an application to the branch where the account is maintained. Application should be signed by all the joint account holders if it is in joint names.
Following KYC documents shall be produced at the time of revival , If KYC is not available at the branch.
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Copy of Valid Passport
- Copy of Valid resident permit/Visa
Customers can update their KYC by visiting FedePoint. Any one financial transaction is mandatory for activation of the accounts.
