Terms and Conditions: Federal Bank Pre-Approved Credit Card

 

  1. “Offer” means Pre-approved Credit Card offer extended by the Federal Bank for the Pre-approved Credit Card eligible customers.
  2. Only customers who have received offer specific communication by Federal Bank (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) for this offer can apply for the same.
  3. The Credit Limit and the Credit Card variant mentioned in the Offer may vary according to the eligibility of the customer as per Bank’s internal policy.
  4. Participation in this offer cannot be deemed as a guarantee for eligibility for availing the Credit Card.
  5. The eligibility of the customers is determined by the Bank at its sole discretion and the Bank retains the right to change, withdraw, modify its eligibility criteria without any prior notification.
  6. The participation in this offer is voluntary.
  7. Offer is valid for limited period only.
  8. The expiry date of the offer is included in the communications sent to the eligible customer by the Bank – this includes email, SMS, WhatApp, Push Notification, etc.
  9. The Offer is non-transferable and non-encashable.

  11. Federal Bank reserves the right to cancel/change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice based on its policies.
  12. Federal Bank reserves the right to terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
  13. Federal Bank reserves the right to deny honoring the Offer on the grounds of suspicion, fraud or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing the customer any explanation thereof.
  14. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  15. All communication/notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to creditcards@federalbank.co.in or 1800- 425 -1199/1800-420-1199/+91-484- 2630994 (for customer from abroad).
  16. In all matters relating to the Pre-approved Credit Card offer, the decision of Federal Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
  17. These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Federal Bank Credit Card formulated by Federal Bank. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions. The above Offer is by way of a special offer, and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement (if any executed by the Bank).
  18. Federal Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Federal Bank Credit Card Holder/s under the Program.
  19. The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Federal Bank.
  20. Any Customer availing the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank.
