How to set your Debit Card PIN using IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

1. Dial 04846716700 or 04842846699 from your mobile number registered with the Bank and press 1 to generate Debit car PIN
2. Enter the last 6 digit of the Debit Card number
3. Enter the date of birth in DDMMYYYY format
4. Enter the expiry date of Debit card in MMYY format.
5. Enter a new 4-digit PIN
6. Re-enter the new 4-digit PIN. Your Debit card is activated instantly!

How to set your Debit Card PIN Through Self Service Portal

1. Login to Fed-e-Point (https://accountopen.federalbank.co.in/CustomerPortal/index) using account number and OTP. [OTP will be sent to both registered Mobile number and Email id]
2. Choose ‘’Debit Card PIN set / Reset ‘’ Service.
3. Enter the 16-digit Debit Card number.
4. Enter Debit Card Expiry date in MMYY format.
5. Enter CVV.
6. Enter a new 4-digit PIN.
7. Re-enter the new 4-digit PIN and submit.
8. A final/confirmation OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile number & Email id. Enter the same and submit.

Debit card will be activated instantly, and SMS will be triggered to the registered mobile number.

How to set your Debit Card PIN Using soft PIN option at Federal Bank ATM

1. Insert/Swipe your Card in ATM.
2. Select 'Soft PIN/PIN Change' Option
3. Select 'Soft PIN' option
4. Select Generate a New 'Soft PIN' option
5. Get 'Soft PIN' in your mobile number registered with the Bank, which is valid for 24 hours.
6. Select 'Proceed To Set PIN' option
7. Enter 'Soft PIN' received in your mobile.
8. Enter new PIN that you wish to set. Confirm the PIN once again and submit.
9. Success/Failure message will be displayed upon successful completion of the above steps. Remember your new PIN for all debit card transactions

How to set your Debit Card PIN Through SMS & Other Bank ATM

1. Send SMS from your Mobile Number registered with us to 5676762 or 9895088888 in the formatSP<space>Last 4 digits of Debit Card
2. Get Soft PIN in your mobile phone which is valid for 24 hours. Visit any other Bank ATM.
3. Enter the Soft PIN recieved in your mobile phone as Debit Card PIN.
4. Select 'Change PIN' option and enter the PIN that you wish to set.
5. Success/Failure message will be displayed upon successful completion of the above steps.
6. Remember your new PIN for all debit card transactions.
