Definitions

  • "Alliance Partner/Vendor" shall mean Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited (“BIGBASKET”),  who has entered into an alliance agreement with The Federal Bank Limited (“Federal Bank”) for the purpose of providing the Offer.
  • "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean ‘Imperio’ Federal Bank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) customers who have received communication from Federal Bank in the form of SMS, notification or e-mail about this Offer.
  • "Eligible Month" shall mean the month in which the customer makes the required amount of total spends to become eligible for the voucher.
  • “Program” or "Offer" shall mean Coupon provided by the Alliance Partner to Customers on such minimum periodical spends as may be determined by the Federal Bank from time to time, using the Channel. 
  • “Gift card/Voucher” shall mean vouchers of such monetary value as may be determined by Alliance Partner  and Bank from time to time and is provided by the Alliance Partner.
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Federal Bank Credit Card.
  • "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place, but has been cancelled/rejected/unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
  • "Channel" shall mean ‘Imperio’ Federal Bank Credit Card. 

All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms & Conditions prescribed by the Alliance Partner

  1. Valid only in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kochi, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur and Vishakapatnam
  2. Gift card can be used on BIGBASKET website and app
  3. Gift card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
  4. Entire gift card amount will be redeemed to the bb wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
  5. Gift card is not redeemable for cash or credit
  6. If the customer misplaces the gift card, BIGBASKET shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
  7. No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
  8. Gift card cannot be re-validated once expired
  9. The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
  10. Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances
  11. Any dispute should be referred to BIGBASKET and the decision of BIGBASKET shall be final
  12. If Gift card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.

III. General Terms prescribed by Federal Bank

  • Customer will be eligible for a Bigbasket Gift voucher on a minimum quarterly spend of Rs.50,000/-
  • Customer will be eligible for the voucher in the respective category only once per financial year(FY)
  • All POS/e-Commerce transactions will be considered for calculating the eligibility. ATM withdrawals will not be considered.
  • Voucher code will be communicated to the eligible customers, via SMS/mail, within 45 Days from the end of the "Eligible Month"
  • The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the select Federal Bank Credit Card Holder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. 
  • Federal Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Amazon Voucher.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Kochi. 
  • All communication/ notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "creditcards@federalbank.co.in"
  • In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of Federal Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. 
  • These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Federal Bank Credit Card formulated by Federal Bank. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions. 
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customers. Tax Deducted at Source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customers.
  • Federal Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Federal Bank Credit Card Holder/s under the Program. 
  • Federal Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Federal Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. 
  • Federal Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Federal Bank Credit Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
  • The Program is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
  • The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Federal Bank.
