In accordance with the RBI’s notification on “Guidelines on Digital Lending” (RBI/2022-23/111DOR.CRE.REC.66/21.07.001/2022-23) the Federal Bank acts as the Regulated Entity (RE), Fintech partner acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and the loan sourcing partner mobile/web application acts as a Digital Lending App (DLA) and the entire arrangement is in compliance with the RBI Guidelines on Digital Lending dated September 02, 2022.
