Repayment
Direct remittance of rent receivables/maintenance/service charges (net of TDS). Repayment in EMI or Equal Monthly instalments or Graded instalments. (Interest shall be serviced as and when applied in cases where repayment in Equal Monthly /Graded Instalments is proposed).
