• Successful International transactions undertaken during offer period on select Federal Bank Credit Card variants will become eligible for the campaign.
• Top spender in each card variant during the offer period will get an iPhone16.
• Next 10 spenders in each card variant will get Amazon vouchers worth Rs.5000.
• Offer period :15^th October’24 (12:00:00 AM) to 15^th Jan’25 (11:59:59 PM).
• Dynamic Currency converted (DCC) transactions will not be considered as eligible spends for this campaign.
• For this offer, minimum spend during the offer period to be eligible for the reward is :
    - Rs.100,000 (Celesta Credit Card)
    - Rs.75,000 (Imperio Credit Card)
    - Rs.25,000 (Signet Credit Card)
• The offer will be applicable on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are commercial, or business related of any nature.
• In case of a tie, the customer who reaches the spends threshold first will be considered for the reward.

• The campaign is open for Federal Bank customers only.
• The transactions are identified through Merchant Category Code (MCC) defined by the Networks
• Spends done on the following MCCs will NOT be considered : Fuel(5541,7983,5172,5542),Government services( 9399,4784,9311,9222,9402,4011,9405 and 9211),Financial Institutions(6012), Quasi Cash(6051 and 6050), Insurance(6300 and 5960), Lottery /Gaming(7995,7995)and Rental Payments (6513).
•  Example:- Visa, Mastercard and RuPay. Federal Bank does not define the merchant . 
• The Offer is not valid on ATM cash withdrawals and reversed transactions.
• Cancelled/ Reversed/ Disputed/ Void transactions will not be considered for this campaign.
• Eligible customers will receive the Gift Vouchers/rewards within 90 days from the end of offer Period.
• The voucher/reward would be communicated to customer via SMS and Email which will be received within 90 days of the close of campaign period i.e April 15^th 2025. The customer has to utilize the voucher within 6 months from the date of issuance of the voucher.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
• The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
• For this offer, multiple transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions using Federal Bank Credit Card will be considered for deciding the winner.
• Each customer will be eligible to win the voucher only once in the offer period.
• Incomplete/ rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized transactions will not be considered for determining eligibility.
• Only retail transactions will be considered for this campaign.

• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions
• Void Transactions shall not be considered as a valid transaction for the purpose of the Offer calculation.
• If a Card member ceases to be a Card member, at any time during the Offer Period, the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardmember.
• No queries shall be entertained after 180 days , i.e after 15^th July’25 from the closure date of the campaign.
  The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall in no event constitute a claim against Federal .

Definitions:

The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out herein below in this document unless repugnant to the context:

• “Cardholder” – A person who is holding a valid Federal Bank Credit card, as may be specified in the Offer T&Cs.
• “Campaign Period/ Offer Period/ Validity" - The period during which the offer is valid.
• “Offer T&Cs” – Terms & Conditions applicable for respective individual offer.
• “Transactions” – any transaction carried out using Federal Bank Credit card which is not a charge/fee/interest levied.
• “Communication"- refers to any SMS/Email/Mobile App Push Notification sent by Federal Bank to the customer’s registered mobile number/email ID mentioning the offer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Federal Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
• The Campaign Period referred to as “Offer Period” or “Validity”, interchangeably, will be the one mentioned in the communication received by customer.
• Federal Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Any query regarding the offer will be entertained only till 15^th July . Post which the Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons. Any dispute or claim regarding the must be resolved must be resolved by the Cardholder/s directly with Federal Bank.
• Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and Federal Bank shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any product/ service of and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.

• The Federal Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• Logos/trademarks used are owned by respective entities. Federal Bank is authorized to use these logos/trademarks for offer/promotion purposes.
• The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Federal Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by the Federal Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Federal Bank for this purpose.
• Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi.
• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and Federal Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Federal Bank.
• These Standard Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit card, as the case may be, issued by Federal Bank. In the event of any contradiction or disparity between the Offer T&Cs and the Standard Terms and Conditions, Offer T&Cs shall prevail.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence, and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
